She finds reasons to stand near you

Across a room is one thing. Within arm's reach is another. Bodies move toward what they want, often before the conscious mind has caught up. Notice when proximity becomes a pattern — at the kitchen counter during a party, at the bar when there are open spots elsewhere, on the sidewalk when the group has spread out and she's still beside you. These aren't accidents; they're the body following an instinct it hasn't bothered to interrogate. The particularly telling version of this is when she chooses your proximity over more comfortable options. If there's an open seat across the table and she pulls one up next to you instead, if she moves to stand beside you specifically when a group reshuffles — these are deliberate choices the body makes without making them feel deliberate. Bodies decide where they want to be long before mouths do. The geography of where she places herself relative to you is honest in a way that most words aren't.
